After receiving your order, we try to arrange a package within 3 days afterwards.
Returns (pls read carefully)
Returns will be accepted for up to 14 days of Customer’s receipt on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
- Received the wrong item
- Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging)
- Item had defects
The returned product(s) must be in the original condition, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. Please contact us via support@ruderoyal.com for further assistance.
No Returns
Sorry to tell, but for the following cases, we cannot offer a return:
- wrong size after washing (we made a lot of tests - 40°C is the best, no dryer)
